Message dated May 3 was read, stating the House passed and returned                                 
for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 12(STA) "An Act                                            
relating to financial relationships with persons conducting business in                             
or having headquarters in countries that support or ignore slavery and

          trafficking; relating to sex tourism; relating to                                         
          procurement from a person conducting business in or                                       
          having headquarters in countries that support or                                          
          ignore slavery and trafficking in persons; and                                            
          providing for an effective date."

Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                      
amendments.

having headquarters in countries that support or ignore slavery and

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date                                    
clause. Without objection, it was so ordered.
